Serle Court arbitrators have extensive experience of international and domestic arbitrations. Most are members of the London Court of International Arbitration and many serve on arbitration panels in London, Europe, Singapore, Malaysia and Hong Kong. The range of matters arbitrated includes disputes between governments, international contracts, intellectual property, joint ventures, oil and gas and partnership.

As well as serving as arbitrators, members of chambers frequently appear as counsel or expert witnesses in arbitrations in England and abroad. Khawar Qureshi QC was nominated as Arbitration Junior of the Year at the Chambers & Partners Bar Awards 2005 and 2006.

Several former judges of high eminence accept arbitral appointments through chambers. They include Lord Browne-Wilkinson, Sir Mark Waller, Sir Jonathan Parker, Sir Gavin Lightman, George Dobry CBE, Richard Southwell QC and Howard Page QC.
