Claim under an alleged finder's fee agreement to the proceeds of sale of an hotel. Conflict of valuation evidence as to the true value of the hotel. Successful dismissal of the claim.

At trial, the Claimant relied upon forged evidence, the forgery being exposed by the use of the wrong telephone code in the letterhead for the apparent date of the letter(!).
