KNect365 Transcontinental Trusts: International Forum

KNect365 is hosting its 5th Transcontinental Trusts: International Forum in Bermuda at The Hamilton Princess Hotel starting on Wednesday 5th June. The three day conference has established itself as the 'must attend Private Client Event of the year' and Serle Court is delighted that 2 of our members will be speaking on panel sessions. 

Professor Suzanne Rab will be speaking on 'What does GDPR mean for International Trust Companies, and how they store their client Data?' alongisde Paul Tucker (Butterfield Bank (Guernsey) Limited). Suzanne's session takes place on Thursday 6th June at 14:15 on Stream 3 - Trustee Focus.

Richard Wilson QC is also an advocate for the Mock Application of the Transcontinental Trust Supreme Court & Judgment. The mock application provides a rare opportunity to watch experts in their field argue their case, in front of Justice Narinder Hargun (Chief Justice, Supreme Court of Bermuda), The Hon Chief Justice Ian Kawaley (Financial Services Division of the Cayman Islands Grand Court), Jeffrey Elkinson (Director, Conyers Dill & Pearman)  and is lead by the Hon. Justice David Hayton (The Caribbean Court of Justice).
