Property Law Update 2018 - 7th November

The speakers at this event are Christopher Stoner QC, Rupert Reed QC, Andrew Bruce and Amy Proferes.

Topics covered include easements of recreation, issues of construction that arise in respect of service charge provisions, states of mind and adverse possession and mistakes in land registration. 

The seminar is free to attend and will commence at 5:30pm for an hour and a half, including time allowed for questions. The members of Serle Court invite you to join them after the seminar for drinks and canapés.
