Telecommunications and Information Technology

Chambers has a number of individuals with considerable experience and expertise in relation to telecommunications and technology work.

Our experience includes both contentious and non-contentious work, in the UK and internationally and extends to commercial advice and disputes, as well as to regulatory and competition issues.

In the commercial, regulatory and competition sphere, our clients have included many major domestic and international operators such as BT, GSMA, T-Mobile, O2, IBM, Atos and Cable & Wireless, as well as phone-card companies and content providers.  Regulatory issues on which we have advised have involved bodies from Ofcom and the Home Office to the ITU.
