The seminar will focus on three Supreme Court decisions over the last year. Christopher Stoner QC will chair the panel. Amy Proferes will be discussing penalty clauses in the light of Cavendish Square Holding v Makdessi and ParkingEye Limited v Beavis, Andrew Francis will be considering the interpretation of contracts following Arnold v Britton and Thomas Braithwaite will be looking at the issues raised by Lynn Shellfish v Loose concerning the extent of prescriptive rights.
