Minority Shareholders: Law, Practice and Procedure

30.03.11

Victor Joffe QC, David Drake, Giles Richardson, Daniel Lightman and Timothy Collingwood have published the 4th edition of Minority Shareholders: Law, Practice and Procedure.

This popular text on the law of minority shareholders has been fully updated to incorporate developments that have occurred since the third edition, including the significant changes brought about by amendments to regulations under the Companies Act 2006.

The addition of Timothy Collingwood to the team brings new expertise to content on rights conferred on shareholders. This edition includes over 50 new cases including unfair prejudice and multiple derivative actions such as Waddington v Chan (2008). The appendices include a full range of forms, precedents and statutory material including relevant parts of the Companies Act 2006.

The book is available from OUP by calling +44 (0)1536 741727.
