Minority Shareholders: Law, Practice and Procedure - Review

29.10.12

The fourth edition of Minority Shareholders: Law, Practice and Procedure has been reviewed by Civil Justice Quarterly.

The review notes that “The latest edition is both timely and necessary as it seeks to tackle the questions that have been asked following the implementation of the Companies Act 2006”, it also notes that “Joffe et al once again offer a refreshing and up to date discussion on the rights of minority shareholders. Where this text excels is its ability to set out the basic legal principles and procedural changes that have arisen following the enactment of the Companies Act 2006 in a clear and accessible way.”

Minority Shareholders: Law, Practice and Procedure was written by Victor Joffe QC, David Drake, Giles Richardson, Daniel Lightman and Tim Collingwood.
