“Kaye takes up post as new Chancery Master”, Hugh Norbury QC comments

Former Partner at Russell-Cooke, Franesca Kaye has been appointed by The Queen to be a Master of the Chancery Division. The Lord Chief Justice deployed her to the Royal Courts of Justice taking effect on Wednesday 1st May 2019, and from this date she will be known as Master Kaye. Serle Court's Hugh Norbury QC comments on Master Kaye's appointment for CDR Magazine explaining "After working with her almost continuously for the last 13 years of my practice, I will personally greatly miss her legal excellence and her practical nous. As many in chambers already know, and as the profession and public will soon discover, she will be a courteaous, formidable and scrupulously fair tribunal."
