Richard Wilson QC was interviewed on BBC Radio Coventry and Warwickshire this morning by Vic Minett about the Scarle v Scarle inheritance dispute. The highly unusual case concerns two step-daughters battling over the home and cash left by their parents John and Ann Scarle, requiring the court to decide which of the two parents died first, to determine which daughter will receive the inheritance.
