Serle Court hosted a successful Trusts and Commercial Litigation Conference at The Royal Yacht Hotel in Jersey on 15 June 2017.

Eleven members of chambers participated in the conference, which covered a number of topical trusts and litigation issues: Developments in Interim Relief; Privacy and confidentiality in trust litigation; Corporate governance in trusts; Illegality after Patel v Mirza; Full and frank disclosure in trustees’ applications; and Busting trusts and piercing veils.
