In House / Licensed Access
Members of Serle Court are happy to take direct instructions from In house lawyers. This provides a cost effective way to obtain timely and specialist advice. The majority of the work undertaken for in house counsel is advisory but can also include pre litigation planning. If the matter moves to litigation we can help with this process and can suggest an appropriate firm from our extensive list of instructing solicitors.
Members can also take instruction from licensed organisations or individuals. The licensed access scheme allows those with the necessary experience and expertise to instruct a barrister directly. The licensed access scheme is run by the Bar Standards Board and further details can be found by clicking here.
If you would like to discuss either route for instructing our barristers the clerks will be happy to help.
