Serle Court mediators have mediated disputes in and across several different jurisdictions, and often mediate in multi-party disputes.

Mediation

Our mediators bring to the mediation process the skills which they have honed in their legal practices, including thorough preparation, objective risk analysis, commercial awareness and an in depth knowledge of litigation, combined with mediation and negotiation skills and a wide experience both as mediators and as representatives in mediation.

The disputes they mediate reflect the wide range of practice areas at Serle Court, covering disputes in the fields of company law, contractual disputes, charities, employment, private client trusts and probate, banking and financial services, ICT, intellectual property, private international law, partnership and property.

Serle Court mediators have mediated disputes in and across several different jurisdictions, and often mediate in multi-party disputes.  A number of mediators are also happy to act as co-mediators in difficult multi-party negotiations.

In the new Spotlight Table in Chambers HNW 2020 Beverly-Ann Rogers is recognised as one of the 7 Trust mediators nationwide with expertise in mediating trust disputes. Beverly is acknowledged as having built a highly respected mediation practice and as notable for working on matters involving trusts.  A source describes Rogers as ”very good, the sort of mediator I like – sensible,” and another interviewee says that she is “so calm and sensible -an incredibly effective mediator.”
