Lance’s prime areas of practice are Commercial and Chancery Litigation, Civil Fraud, Company and Insolvency.  He has wide experience in mediation, having been involved in very many mediations, including ones which have lasted for 3 days.  His approach is that when parties attend to mediate, they are looking for a commercial solution to the problems that have arisen and those that might arise between the parties.  Those solutions often require the parties and the mediator to think outside of the box.  He is accredited as a mediator by the ADR Group.
