Patrick is a senior silk with wide experience of commercial disputes and agreements, including insurance and company disputes, professional negligence claims, international and English trust disputes and sports-related commercial issues, including broadcasting and sponsorship contracts and transfer fee disputes. He is also a Lieutenant-Bailiff (Judge) of the Royal Court of Guernsey and a "specialist jurisdiction" recorder. Patrick is a bencher of Lincoln's Inn, where he is currently chairman of the Continuing Education Committee. Patrick was accredited as a mediator by CEDR in August 2004.
