ACTAPS Summer Seminar

  • Constance McDonnell KC‘Judge-led ADR – is dispute resolution really ‘alternative’ anymore? How to embrace the new opportunities for dispute resolution in private client litigation’
    Constance specialises in trust and probate disputes.  She has appeared in a number of highly publicised cases, both at trial and at appellate level.  Constance also has an international practice, and in 2022 appeared twice in the Bermuda Court of Appeal.  She was awarded the Gold ‘Barrister of the Year’ award at the Citywealth Magic Circle Awards 2023.
     
  • Beverly-Ann Rogers –  ‘Thoughts on Effective Negotiation’
    Beverly’s full-time mediation practice is grounded in her chancery/commercial background with particular emphasis on trusts and probate, property, company, commercial, charity, partnership and employment. She consistently features as a top tier mediator in the leading legal guides.
     
  • Jennifer Haywood - ‘estoppel’
    Jennifer practises as a mediator and arbitrator.  Her practice as a neutral reflects her previous practice as a commercial chancery barrister and she has mediated numerous trusts and probate disputes as well as partnership, company and commercial disputes.
