Mediation

Geraldine Clark takes a very commercial approach viewing the dispute in the context of the client’s interests as well as the legal merits. Her professional style is friendly and informal with an edge of steel where required.

She is skilled at absorbing large quantities of information and producing a clear case concept.

As an advocate, Geraldine Clark is known for the clarity of her skeleton arguments and the cogency of her oral submissions. Her tenacity and mastery of complex technical detail make her a particularly effective cross-examiner of specialist and expert witnesses.

Before moving to Serle Court in 2005, Geraldine Clark practised at 20 Essex Street from 1989 – 1999 and at 4-5 Gray’s Inn Square from 1999 to 2005.

She qualified as a mediator in 2003, becoming a CEDR Registered Mediator in 2004 and a member of the CEDR panel of lead mediators in 2005.
