GRR Live: Women in Restructuring 2023

Jennifer Meech will be speaking at the 'GRR Live: Women in Restructuring' conference taking place on Thursday, 29th June.

GRR Live: Women in Restructuring is designed to give a platform to women practising in the international insolvency and restructuring sphere. Bringing together lawyers, restructuring advisors and key stakeholders from across the sector, the conference will discuss the latest topics affecting the industry.

Jennifer will be speaking on the 'Market highlights: a round up' panel at 10.00 alongside Rosanna Juer (Alixpartners) and Devi Shah (Mayer Brown). The panel will update the audience on key cases, challenges, and trends in the world of insolvency and restructuring. 

Sarah Mook (Linklaters) will be moderating the panel. 

Jennifer frequently deals with liquidations, administrations, CVAs and their equivalents in personal insolvency. Often her cases have a cross-border aspect, and she has appeared in several leading cases in this area. Jennifer's practice is not limited to insolvency, she also deals with commercial disputes involving company law, property, fraud, contractual interpretation and professional negligence elements. Jennifer is particularly well-placed to deal with cases where those areas overlap.
