Arbitrators

“Serle Court has established itself as one of the leading ADR sets, with an impressively large number of highly regarded mediators and arbitrators, as well as many members appearing in such ADR forums.”

Legal 500

Serle Court’s barristers are highly regarded practitioners in arbitration, acting both as Counsel and Arbitrators, in ad hoc and institutional proceedings seated in London and internationally.

Our Counsel have extensive experience across a broad spectrum of domestic and international arbitrations, spanning sectors including banking and finance, construction and infrastructure, energy, financial services, media, pharmaceutical, property and telecoms.

Alongside Serle Court’s commercial and chancery areas of practice, our arbitration work also includes specialist matters ranging from inter-governmental to sports disputes.

Known for “deep expertise” and “first-rate” advocacy skills, our members handle all stages of the arbitration process, regularly advising and appearing in court on related applications, challenges, appeals and enforcement proceedings.

Fourteen of our barristers sit as Arbitrators, and have been appointed to major institutional panels including:

  • London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA)
  • Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC)
  • World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO)
  • Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC)
  • Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC)

These appointments reflect the breadth of experience and international recognition we bring to arbitral decision-making.
