Working With Us

Serle Court is known for combining technical excellence with a genuinely accessible, collaborative and client-focused approach.

We build strong, long-term relationships with many of our clients, who consistently comment on the positive experience of working with our barristers and the high standard of service they receive from everyone at Serle Court.

We are committed to continual improvement and always welcome feedback. If you have any comments or suggestions on enhancing our service, we would be delighted to hear from you.
To share your thoughts or for more information about working with us, contact our Practice Management Team.

Complaints

We aim to consistently provide exceptional service for all our clients. However, if for any reason you are not entirely happy with the service received and would like to feed back or complain, our complaints procedure is set out below.

You can view a copy of our complaints policy here.

In the first instance, please contact the barrister concerned or send your complaint in writing to our Chambers Director, Kathryn Purkis.

If you are unhappy with the outcome of our investigation you may be able to take up your complaint with the Legal Ombudsman. The Ombudsman is usually only able to consider your complaint when it has first been investigated by Chambers.

The Legal Ombudsman can be contacted through the website.

In House

Members of Serle Court are happy to take direct instructions from in-house lawyers. This provides a cost-effective way to obtain timely, specialist advice.
