Constance McDonnell QC will be speaking at ACTAPS Mental Capacity course on Monday, 16th March 2020. Constance will be speaking about the Legal Aspects of Testamentary Capacity, alongside Dr James Warner (Consultant Old Age Psychiatrist) who will discuss the psychiatry of testamentary capacity and Stephen Lawson (Solicitor at FDR Law) who will discuss the practical issues of capacity for solicitors. Stephen is on the Law Society’s Wills and Equity Committee, and STEP Committees for England & Wales and Worldwide.
