Kuldip Singh QC has commented on the Law Society Gazette's article on 'SFO chief attacks 'blanket of privilege' tactics'. The article discusses how the director of the Serious Fraud Office (SFO) has warned that businesses which are over-dependent on legal professional priviledge to protect the findings of internal investigations can expect a rough ride from the justice system.
