Trusts and Commercial Litigation Conference – Jersey

The conference programme includes talks and breakout sessions. The talks will be 'Developments in Interim Relief' and 'Illegality after Patel v Mirza'. The breakout sessions will cover 'Privacy and confidentiality in trust litigation', 'Corporate governance in trusts', 'Full and frank disclosure in trustees' applications' and 'Busting trusts and piercing veils'.
