Tanya Vyas

Tanya Vyas joined Serle Court in 2024, as the Head of People and EDI.

She is a former solicitor, who is passionately committed to cultivating an inclusive culture that resonates with the Chambers’ ethos. In her role, Tanya manages the pupillage cycle and actively supports the career development of our junior barristers, drawing on her extensive experience in talent development and performance management.

Tanya oversees senior stakeholder management, providing coaching, mentoring, and training, while ensuring that all HR functions operate seamlessly to foster a supportive and effective work environment.
