This week, 13-15 October, Giles Richardson KC and Thomas Fletcher are attending the Cambridge Forum on International Wealth Disputes (2nd Generation) in Barcelona, Spain. Thomas also serves as a committee co-chair for the forum.

This second-generation Forum provides a space to share experiences, discuss common challenges, and exchange practical insights. Through open, seminar-style discussions, the group explores trends and developments across different jurisdictions, focusing on the most relevant and complex issues in their work.
