Chancery Bar Association BVI Conference

Matthew Morrison KC, Lara Kuehl and Zahler Bryan will all be speaking at the upcoming Chancery Bar Association BVI Conference, taking place at the BVI International Arbitration Centre on Thursday, 26 February. 

At 11:20 AM, Matthew and Zahler will present “I’ve got the power”: The use of insolvency office-holders’ powers as weapons in litigation. This session will explore insolvency officeholders’ powers in the UK, the BVI and other jurisdictions and discuss how they can be used to preserve and clawback assets and obtain information in the context of fraud and other litigation. 

Then, at 2:25 PM, Lara joins Mark Watson-Gandy OBE (Three Stone) and James Bogle (10 King's Bench Walk) to present "Jurisdiction and forum non conveniens – Magomedov and other updates".
