Dusoruth v Orca: does the absence of a liquidated debt automatically lead to the annulment of a bankruptcy order?

Wilson Leung and Ryan Tang (Pupil at Serle Court) have written an article for New Law Journal, reviewing ICC Judge Mullen’s ruling in Dusoruth v Orca, which held that a claim in restitution for unjust enrichment is not a claim for a liquidated sum, and cannot form the basis of a bankruptcy petition.
