Hirachand: a Panel discussion and Q&A

Location: Serle Court Chambers

On Tuesday, 7 October at 17:30, Constance McDonnell KC will join Christopher Wagstaffe KC of 29 Bedford Row, Sophia Rogers of Radcliffe Chambers, Sir Nicholas Francis (former High Court Judge of the Family Division) and Master McQuail (Chancery Master) for a discussion of Hirachand, hosted by ACTAPS.

This interactive panel discussion will focus on the future of funding, settlement options and the practical implications for practitioners in 1975 Act claims post-Hirachand v Hirachand. The audience will hear from the counsel team for the Respondent in the Supreme Court case and have the rare opportunity to gain insights from the Bench on these issues.

We hope you can join us. With wine and canapés served afterwards, it will be an excellent opportunity to meet the speakers and continue the conversation.

This session will take place in person and will also be streamed online for those unable to attend. The link will be posted here shortly: Events – ACTAPS
