ConTrA - Blessings and Curses:  Public Trustee v Cooper

Constance McDonnell QC will be joining a panel session discussion at the first seminar of the ConTrA's 2021 Programme taking place on Thursday, 25th March 2021. 

Constance will appear alongside James Lister, Jack Bailey (Stevens & Bolton), and Louise Woolrich (Carey Olsen) presenting a talk titled 'Applications by Trustees for a blessing of their decision'. The webinar will be a practical ‘how to’ discussion based on recent cases and experience, from both trustees and beneficiaries' point of view.

ConTrA's objective is to bring together up-and-coming solicitors and counsel specialising in trust disputes to forge networks, discuss experiences and share knowledge.
