Junior Litigators’ Forum | 5 - 6 June

Serle Court is pleased to sponsor the upcoming Junior Litigators’ Forum conference from ConTrA and Informa Connect, which will take place from 5 to 6 June 2025 in Manchester.
Returning for the 2nd edition of this 'Staycation' focused on trusts and estate issues. This year's agenda is focused on practical tips and take-home knowledge for the junior litigator and will be led by a mix of senior industry figures and rising stars. Amongst them, Constance McDonnell KC and Giles Richardson KC .
Giles will co-chair the conference with Roberta Harvey from Forsters, and will deliver the opening and closing remarks throughout the two-day conference.
In addition to his role as co-chair, Giles will moderate the Keynote session, 'A conversation with Lord Briggs,' on Friday, 6 June from 09:30 - 10:10.
Constance will be speaking on Friday, 6 June from 14:30 - 15:15 on a panel discussing "ADR in practice - what to consider." This discussion will touch on topics such as:
- What types of alternative dispute resolution are appropriate in certain circumstances?
- Mediation
- FDR and ENE
- Private FDRs in a family context
- What to do if no settlement is agreed at mediation?
