Property Law

Location: Serle Court

Three Supreme Court decisions on property law in 2015 will form the focus of this seminar: Christopher Stoner QC will be looking at Marks and Spencer v BNP Paribas, Andrew Bruce will be discussing ParkingEye Limited v Beavis, and Andrew Francis will be considering Arnold v Britton.  All three speakers will demonstrate the importance of these decisions and their application to issues arising in property disputes, such as rectification of documents, penalty clauses and the construction of restrictive covenants.

This seminar is now fully booked.
