The SPG Forum 2024 is the flagship conference for our members working as either sole insolvency practitioners or in small practices. Jennifer Meech will be giving a talk titled '2024 Legal Update'  on Thursday, 7 November from 16:35-17:20. This session looks to provide an update on the most relevant legal developments for SPG practitioners in 2024. Concentrating on personal insolvency and cases relevant to smaller company insolvencies Jennifer will address three or four key judicial decisions and the most important take always from those cases. The talk will address the BHS litigation, the Post Office scandal and other authorities that are affect the day-to-day practice of attendees.
