  • Substratum and proper purpose trusts
  • A modern approach to dispositive decision-making
  • The impact of Braganza on fiduciary decision-making
  • Practical tips for trustees
  • Recent Public Trustee v Cooper blessing decisions

This session is chaired by John Machell QC (Serle Court) alongside speakers Jennifer Haywood (Serle Court), Ray Davern (Partner at Maples Group, London), and Alex Way (Of Counsel at Maples Group, London).

The panels are a virtual series of debate-style sessions addressing topics that are both current and controversial in the trusts industry in 2021.
