Giles Richardson KC will be speaking at the STEP Cayman Conference 2024 International Wealth Structuring Forum taking place on 18th and 19th January 2024 at The Ritz-Carlton, Grand Cayman.

There has been no shortage of interesting trust cases over the last 12 months. In this opening session, a panel of experts discuss everything you need to know about the most important recent decisions from key jurisdictions around the world and what they might mean for the future of the private wealth industry. The panellists will be put to the test as you vote for the case you consider to be the most important.
