FSR – Panel discussion on the EU Foreign Subsidies Regulation
Conor Quigley KC, Eddy de Smijter (Head of International Relations Unit, European Commission in DG Competition), alongside Nicola Mazzarotto (Global Head of Economics at KPMG), will host a panel discussion on the EU Foreign Subsidies Regulation on Tuesday, 3rd October. The session will explore requirements imposed by the EU Foreign Subsidies Regulation (FSR) and the impact it will have on international business.
The panel will be moderated by Allen & Overy's global antitrust Partners, Kristina Nordlander and Dominic Long.
