International Trusts and Commercial Litigation Conference – New York – Update

As we announced earlier this year, Serle Court’s International Trusts and Commercial Litigation Conference will take place at the InterContinental New York Barclay hotel on Monday 13 November 2017, and we would like to thank Therium for sponsoring the event.

The theme of this year’s conference is “States of Mind: Reflections on the consequences of deliberate, reckless, negligent and innocent conduct”. The conference will run from 9.30am – 4.35pm, followed by an evening reception, and will appeal to those involved in international trusts or commercial litigation.
