Litigation Conference – London

Serle Court hosted a very successful litigation conference in London on 22nd of September.

Thirty one Serle Court members spoke during the day, there were two guests speakers from Harbour Litigation Funding and Arthur J Gallagher and the conference was attended by over 150 senior solicitors from the UK and Overseas.

The conference covered a number of topical litigation issues: Litigation Funding, Relief from Sanctions and Service out of the Jurisdiction. In addition there were breakout sessions on a number of different practice areas including: EU commercial litigation, Trusts of property, Multi-party disputes, Property, Competition, Financial and professional services, Charity litigation, and Company law. The conference finished with a mock injunction and was followed by drinks and canapés.
