Constance McDonnell QC ‘Making Wills at a Distance’

Constance McDonnell QC has been invited by the STEP Journal to discuss how to ensure the validity of Wills during a lockdown in the UK. In the article, titled ‘Making Wills at a distance’, Constance considers the possibility of either signing a will on behalf of a testator or acknowledging signatures, and what ‘in the presence of’ means for the purposes of the Wills Act.
