The 2nd supplement to the 15th edition of Dicey, Morris and Collins, The Conflict of Laws has just been published under the joint general editorship of Jonathan Harris and Lord Collins of Mapesbury. Jonathan has become the first new general editor since 1987 and only the 5th general editor since the book was first published in 1896. He has also written 11 chapters in the supplement.
