Essays in International Litigation for Lord Collins has now been published

Prof. Jonathan Harris KC (Hon.) has co-edited (with Prof. Campbell McLachlan KC), ‘Essays in International Litigation for Lord Collins’, published by Oxford University Press.

The contributors include leading judges, practitioners and academics. The book considers key developments in private international law, arbitration and public international law. It includes an introductory essay by the co-editors considering the contribution of Lord Collins to the development of the field of international litigation. Jonathan has also written the chapter “Private International Law But Not As We Know It: ‘Firewall’ Legislation in Offshore Jurisdictions.”
