Kuldip Singh QC “Serco Deal Shows DPAs Still Hold Appeal After SFO Setbacks”

In an article by Law360 titled "Serco Deal Shows DPAs Still Hold Appeal After SFO Setbacks", Kuldip Singh QC provides comments regarding Serco's £23 million deal with the Serious Fraud Office, to resolve a long-running government contract fraud probe.

Kuldip Singh QC says 'it is dangerous to assume too much from one case, however lessons can be drawn about the SFO's approach under Osofsky. "One swallow doesn't make a summer but credit will be always be given to those that co-operate," he said, adding that credit will also be given "where the victim of the offense has been compensated", such as the MoJ in this case.'
