In this SerleShare, Andrew Bruce considers the recent guidance given to valuation experts appearing in the Upper Tribunal (Lands Chamber).  In Quantum (Barrowsfield) Ltd v. Bell & ors. [2023] UKUT 2 (LC) the Upper Tribunal made observations about what it considers helpful evidence from experts reporting on diminution in value in cases involving the modification of restrictive covenants.
