Juliette Drummond is the Head of People and EDI. Juliette joined Serle Court in August 2023.

Juliette is responsible for Chambers culture practices and oversees the pupillage and mini-pupillage processes,  annual performance and salary review, policy and procedure development and all employee relations.  

As the Head of People and Equality, Diversity and Inclusion, her role is to lead on and promote diversity, equity, and inclusion in Chambers, working closely with the Chambers Director and the EDI committee.

Prior to joining chambers, Juliette started her career in Legal at Norton Rose Fulbright Australia. Juliette has worked at many top-tier firms, most recently Slaughter and May and Charles Russell Speechlys.

Originally from New Zealand, in her spare time, Juliette enjoys snowboarding, baking and gardening.
