Kuldip has some 30 years of experience sitting as an arbitrator and over 35 years of experience acting as counsel in arbitrations. He is on the panel of arbitrators for various institutions, including the LCIA and the Court of Arbitration for Art, and has sat as an arbitrator in various ad hoc arbitrations. Kuldip has advised or acted as counsel in arbitrations under the rules of various institutions, including the ICC, UNCITRAL, LCIA, and LCIA-DIFC. He has acted as arbitrator or counsel in domestic or international arbitrations in the following areas of his practice: commercial disputes, energy disputes (including oil and gas); company disputes; shareholder disputes; joint venture disputes; professional negligence disputes; financial services disputes; regulatory disputes; and sports disputes.
