Kuldip has some 30 years of experience sitting as an arbitrator and over 35 years of experience acting as counsel in arbitrations. He is on the panel of arbitrators for various institutions, including the LCIA and the Court of Arbitration for Art, and has sat as an arbitrator in various ad hoc arbitrations. Kuldip has advised or acted as counsel in arbitrations under the rules of various institutions, including the ICC, UNCITRAL, LCIA, and LCIA-DIFC.
