Property Bar Association Manchester Conference: Practical issues for property litigators

Michael Walsh (PBA committee member), Paul Johnson and Jennifer Meech are attending the Property Bar Association’s Manchester Conference on Thursday 25 May, which is focused on ‘Practical issues for property litigators.’ Our Practice Director, Dan Wheeler will also be attending. 
 
Jennifer will be speaking with Lesley Anderson KC of Gatehouse Chambers on ‘Fractional investment: property insolvency and negligence issues that arise when a ‘property’ scheme fails.’
 
The conference takes place between 1.30pm and 6pm at the Hilton Manchester Deansgate, after which there will be networking drinks.

The conference is open to solicitors and barristers. Tickets are priced at £25 (plus VAT) for members and £50 (plus VAT) for non-members and can be purchased from the PBA’s website (for members) or by emailing enquiries@propertybar.org.uk for non-members.
