Serle Court is delighted to welcome Tanya Vyas as the new Head of People and Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI). A former solicitor, Tanya brings a deep commitment to fostering an inclusive culture that reflects the values of Chambers. In this role, she oversees the pupillage process and plays an active role in supporting barristers' career development, leveraging her extensive expertise in talent development and performance management.

Tanya also leads senior stakeholder engagement, offering coaching, mentoring, and training to enhance professional growth across Chambers. Alongside these responsibilities, she ensures the smooth operation of HR functions, creating a supportive and high-performing work environment.
