#SerleShare: Q&A with Serle Court’s New Tenants: Niamh Herrett and Stefano Braschi

Niamh Herrett and Stefano Braschi joined chambers as of 1st October following successful completion of their pupillages. To mark them joining chambers, this special SerleShare aims to introduce our new tenants to our clients and followers and offers tips for future pupils and trainees. 

Did you know?

Before joining Serle Court, Niamh studied law at Merton College, Oxford graduating with a first-class undergraduate degree and a Distinction in the BCL receiving numerous academic scholarships and prizes. During her BPC year Niamh was a Guest Teacher at the London School of Economics and Political Science where she taught undergraduate seminars on the Property II course (Land and Trusts). Niamh is spending her first six months in practice on secondment to Farrer & Co in their contentious trusts team.

Prior to transferring to the Bar, Stefano studied History at Yale University and trained as an actor at the London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art. He worked as a professional actor for over ten years, performing on screen and stage, including on London’s West End. Stefano is interested in a wide range of Commercial and Chancery work and is developing a broad practice in all of Chambers’ core areas, as well as in Intellectual Property.
