Shaun Matos Acts for “GSLC” Before Colombian Constitutional Court in Case Concerning Refugee Documentation Fees

Shaun Matos acted for the Global Strategic Litigation Council (“GSLC”) before the Colombian Constitutional Court as amicus curiae on issues of international law. The case concerned the lawfulness of a government measure which charged fees to recognised refugees for identity and travel documents. With the assistance of international and Colombian lawyers, GSLC filed an amicus curiae concerning the compatibility of those charges with international refugee law, international human rights law and Colombian constitutional  law.
