Sparsh Garg joins Serle Court as a full-time member of chambers

Serle Court is delighted to welcome Sparsh Garg as a full-time member of chambers. Sparsh is a chancery and commercial practitioner. He has a varied practice with a particular focus on trusts and estates litigation, company law, insolvency and commercial disputes.

Sparsh is regularly instructed as sole counsel or as part of a larger counsel team in both English and international litigation/arbitral proceedings. He has acted or advised in relation to disputes before the English High Court, as well as matters in Gibraltar, The Bahamas, Bermuda, BVI, Cayman Islands, the DIFC, Guernsey, Jersey, and in LCIA/LMAA arbitrations.

Chambers Director Kathryn Purkis commented as follows:

"We are thrilled that Sparsh has decided to join us. He is a superstar in the making whose practice fits perfectly with our various core areas of expertise; he gives further strength in depth to our junior ranks. We have no doubt that his practice will continue to develop very impressively in this jurisdiction and in the various international and offshore centres where he works, including the DIFC and Gibraltar".
