STEP Cayman Conference 2019

This international private client conference will explore the topical issues pertinent to the trust industry with a special focus on wealth structuring.  We are delighted that Dakis Hagen QC and Giles Richardson have both been invited along to speak at the conference.

On Thursday 31 January 2019, Giles Richardson will be part of a Mock Court application at 4.00pm alongside Jalil Asif QC (Kobre & Kim), Sarah Bayliss (XXIV Old Buildings), Adam Huckle (Maples and Calder), and Sebastian Said (Appleby).

On Friday 1 February 2019, Dakis Hagen QC will participate in an exciting debate where he will argue the demerits of alternative dispute resolution at 4.00pm in a session titled, This House believes that alternative dispute resolution is a myth – litigation is king.  Rachael Reynolds (Ogier) will be supporting Dakis' argument against.
